Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ)
The older name for the selection stage that screens suppliers before they're invited to tender.
The PQQ served the same purpose as today's Selection Questionnaire — qualifying suppliers on standing, experience and compliance before the bidding stage.
You'll still hear the term used interchangeably with SQ, particularly on legacy procurements and frameworks.
