These terms are the agreement between you and FastTender for the use of our website, platform and paid subscriptions. By creating an account or buying a plan, you accept them. Please read the section on billing carefully — payments are taken by our reseller, Paddle, who is the merchant of record for every order.
Who we are
FastTender ("FastTender", "we", "us", "our") operates the FastTender website and platform at fasttender.uk.
You can reach us at support@fasttender.uk for anything to do with your account, a purchase or these terms. For payment and billing queries you can also contact Paddle, our merchant of record, at paddle.net.
What FastTender does
FastTender brings UK and EU public sector tenders into one searchable feed, scores them against your company profile with AI, and gives you tools to track and manage your bids.
Tender data is collected from official public procurement sources. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but the authoritative version of any opportunity is always the original notice and documents published by the contracting authority. Always check those before you act.
Your account
You need an account to use most of the platform. Keep your login details private — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
You must give us accurate information, be old enough to enter a contract, and use FastTender for lawful business purposes only.
Plans, billing and payment
We offer a free plan and paid subscriptions. The price, billing frequency and what's included are shown on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Our order process and payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and the merchant of record for all orders. When you buy a subscription, your contract for that payment is with Paddle, and "Paddle" (or paddle.net) will appear on your bank or card statement. Paddle collects payment, issues invoices and handles any sales tax or VAT due on your purchase.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually, as you chose) at the then-current price, until you cancel. Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise; the final amount, including any tax, is confirmed by Paddle at checkout.
If we change a plan's price, we'll give you reasonable notice before it applies to your next renewal. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend paid features until it's resolved.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it won't renew after that.
Subscription payments are non-refundable — you keep access for the period you've paid for, but we don't refund payments already made, including for unused time. See our Refund Policy for full details. This doesn't affect any statutory rights that can't be waived.
Acceptable use
Use FastTender sensibly and lawfully. In particular, don't scrape, copy, resell or redistribute the platform or its data beyond your own internal use; don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; don't share your account with people outside your organisation beyond your plan's seats; and don't use FastTender to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that put the service or other customers at risk.
Intellectual property
FastTender, including the software, design, AI scoring and the way we organise and present tender data, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active and in good standing.
Anything you upload — your company profile, documents and bid content — stays yours. You give us permission to process it so we can run the service for you (for example, to score opportunities against your profile).
AI features and outcomes
Our AI scores, summaries and recommendations are there to help you decide — they're decision-support, not professional advice or a guarantee. You're responsible for your own bid/no-bid decisions, what you submit, and meeting each tender's requirements and deadlines.
We don't promise that you'll win any contract, that every relevant opportunity will be captured, or that any score is correct for your situation.
Availability and support
We aim to keep FastTender available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — we may need downtime for maintenance, and some things (like third-party data sources) are outside our control.
Support is available by email at support@fasttender.uk. Paddle also provides buyer support for anything billing-related at paddle.net.
Liability
FastTender is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities, or for procurement outcomes.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (or to Paddle for our products) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll let you know — for example by email or a notice in the app — before it takes effect. Continuing to use FastTender after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that can't be overridden.
