This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work on FastTender. In short: when you buy a monthly or annual plan you're paying for access for that period, payments are non-refundable, and you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.
Our refund policy
Payments for FastTender subscriptions are non-refundable. When you pay for a monthly or annual plan, you're buying access to the service for that billing period.
If you decide FastTender isn't for you, you can cancel at any time. You'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again — but we don't refund payments that have already been made, including for any unused time in the current period.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings or by emailing us at support@fasttender.uk. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Because plans renew automatically, cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to be billed for the next period.
How billing works
FastTender's payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our reseller and the merchant of record for every order. "Paddle" appears on your bank or card statement, and Paddle issues your receipts and invoices.
If you have a question about a charge, contact us at support@fasttender.uk or Paddle directly at paddle.net — Paddle can locate your order using the receipt they emailed you.
Free plan and trials
Our free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to pay or refund. If we offer a free trial, you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time during the trial to avoid being billed.
Try before you buy
Because subscriptions are non-refundable, we recommend starting on the free plan first. It lets you build your profile, browse every UK and EU tender and see AI-scored matches, so you can decide whether a paid plan is right for you before you pay.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived. Where such rights apply, they continue to apply alongside this policy.
