An advance signal, published by larger buyers, of contracts they expect to bring to market.
Under the Procurement Act 2023, contracting authorities that spend above a threshold must publish a pipeline notice setting out upcoming procurements — often months ahead of any tender.
Pipeline notices are gold for prepared suppliers: they let you engage buyers early, get on the radar and start preparing long before competitors see a formal tender.
