Preliminary market engagement notice

A notice inviting suppliers to help shape a procurement before it formally begins.

Buyers use preliminary market engagement to test the market, understand what's possible and refine their requirement. The notice tells suppliers how to take part.

Engaging at this stage is one of the strongest things a supplier can do — it lets you influence the specification and build a relationship before the competition starts.
