Method statements are the scored quality answers in a tender — they ask how you'll deliver, manage risk, mobilise, and so on. Evaluators score what's on the page against the published criteria.
Mirror the question, answer every part, and back claims with concrete, verifiable evidence. Structure and signposting earn marks as much as content.
