Call-off contract

An individual contract awarded under a framework or dynamic market.

A call-off is the actual contract a buyer awards to a supplier already on a framework or dynamic market, either by direct award or a mini-competition.

Being on the right framework matters because that's where the call-offs flow — often without a full open tender.
