G-Cloud lets public sector buyers purchase cloud-based services from the Digital Marketplace without running a full tender. It's refreshed periodically (currently G-Cloud 14), and suppliers list their services in the relevant lots.

To get on, you apply during an open iteration, describe your services and pricing, and meet the agreement's terms. It's one of the most accessible routes into public sector technology spend.
