What is a Selection Questionnaire (SQ)?
The SQ (formerly the PQQ) checks whether you're eligible and capable before the bidding stage. It covers things like relevant experience, financial standing, insurance and policies.
Because it can be a gate, accuracy and completeness matter — a strong technical bid is wasted if you're filtered out at the SQ.
